The Asim Kumar Saraf Memorial Sanstha , non-proprietary , registered under societies Registration Act 1860 as well as under Mumbai Public Trust Act 1950.

The School got the permission from School Education Department ,Mantralaya, Maharashtra State Government ,for opening a school in Tirora vide its letter no VLS/1003/(542/2003 Dated 8-7-2003. The Trust also got the No Objection certificate from the School Education Department ,Mantralaya, Maharashtra State Government vide letter no. NOC4003/(741/2003)se-1 dated 14-11-2003.The school was opened up from 2003-04 academic session and delivering many academic achievements.

The School got a land in the year 2011 and constructed a school building as per the requirement of CBSE. The Scholl now fulfilling all the Norms & parameters as per the CBSE affiliation Bye Laws, and it is affiliated to CBSE, Delhi, Affiliation no.1130545.

It comes under Pune zone from 2019-20.
